Risk Assessment Form Part A & B

This is  my risk assessment form here we see that hazards and what can happen during shooting we can see that not everywhere is safe but we can also work out which places are safer and we are going to try and be careful  as possible.  

We can see that the risk of been assaulted by a person is median so to avoid that were going to make sure that we dont film someone on the background without their permission. 

Trying to be respectful will lower this risk down to minimum.
