EVALUATION OF PRE PRODUCTION

This as an extra file to my Evaluation of the preproduction 

What should I do next time to improve? 

I think that next time I should have everyone gathered in a spot and have the people that I need advice on what needs to be done. We had times where the people would not attend the meetings which created confusion and in my case I had people confused on how to play certain scenes. I had a back up plan because i saw that no one was attending the meetings that i was talking about so i showed them how to do skits in the video in the previous post. 

But overall what i would do for next time is make sure i want people to be involved in the project from the start fully understand what needs to be done. Printing more forms and making sure that everyone has them on them. 

The way everything goes through is online on my blogger which means that everyone can access it on their mobile device or laptop. Also I had everything on paper asweal so I had the script and the permissions on paper so they could be accessed.
